Hi Sherri- Big Sur is definitely a treasure. I took one of the photos from a road that goes away from the ocean and Highway 1… now that was a crazy expedition in a ‘regular car’.
Thank you. From what I recall you don’t seem so high up– but now that you mention it my husband doesn’t want to drive on the ocean side of Highway 1 in Northern California– just in case…
Hi Becky- it is definitely a beautiful drive! I was a tour guide at one point of my life and did a tour down the California coast- Highway 1 in Big Sur was always a treat to see (when the fog wasn’t rolling in).
